TS Technik LLC has the facilities for performance of line and base maintenance of Boeing 737−300/400/500, Boeing 737−600/700/800/900, Boeing 737-7/8/9 with CFM LEAP-1B engines, ATR 42−400/500/72−212A. In Tyumen, Surgut and Ufa maintenance is carried out in specialized hangars. The company has several equipped laboratories for maintenance and repair of aircraft components. There are also certified specialists and equipment for conducting non-destructive tests (eddy current, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, liquid penetrant testing)

The history of TS Technik LLC began with the issue of the BDCA certificate

The company’s first maintenance job was performed on an ATR-42 in Surgut. The company’s activities were not limited to the line stations in the Russian cities of Tyumen, Surgut, Rostov-on-Don, Samara but also spread to Africa. In Kinshasa (the Democratic Republic of the Congo) maintenance of CRJ-200 aircraft was performed, in Monrovia (the Republic of Liberia) and in Khartoum (Sudan) Boeing 737−400 aircraft were serviced

The company was still not ready to rest and it expanded its scope of activities to include maintenance and repair of components: electrical batteries, direct current starter-generators for ATR type aircraft, wheels and brakes, coffeemakers

The company received the rating for repair of fuel nozzles for PW-100 engines, PW-127 modification.

Ural Aviation Services LLC became part of TS Technik LLC. At that time Ural Aviation Services had a base in Ufa and valid certificates issued by the Bermuda and Russian aviation authorities.

In March 2017 the Bermuda aviation authority performed the regular audit of TS Technik LLC in Tyumen, Ufa and at the Line Maintenance Stations in Surgut, Rostov-on-Don and Samara. The successful result of the audit led to the extension of the company’s certificate of the BCAA Aproval for the next period. The Approval certifies the compliance of TS Technik LLC with the requirements specified for companies performing maintenance of foreign aircraft.

TS Technik LLC received an approval for extension of its scope of activities in the field of maintenance and repair of Boeing 737- 500/800 components in the following areas:

а) Boeing 737−500. Temperature control valve P/N 398 908−2, 398 908−3, 398 908−4, 398 908−5 — Maintenance and repair,
б) Boeing 737−500. Two and one half inch diameter electric shutoff valve P/N 321 942−1-1 — Maintenance and repair,
в) Boeing 737−500. Two-inch diameter trim air supply modulating valve P/N 398 786−2, S210T130−34, 398 786−3, S210T130−61, 398 786−4, S210T130−70, 398 786−5, S210T130−74 — Maintenance and repair,
г) Boeing 737−500. Three and one half inch diameter electric dual modulating and shutoff butterfly valve P/N 398 116−1-1 — Maintenance and repair.

в) Boeing 737−500. Retractable aircraft landing light P/N 45−0083−1, 45−0083−2, 45−0083−3, 45−0083−5, 45−0083−7 — Maintenance and repair limited by testing, alignment and LRU modules/ subassembly replacement.

In December 2017 LLC "TS Technik" expanded its scope of activities. Line Maintenance Stations in Norilsk and Maintenance Center in Krasnoyarsk were added to the list of Line Maintenance Stations.
In Norilsk line maintenance is carried out on Boeing 737−300/400/500, Boeing 737−600/700/800/900, ATR 42−400/500/ 72−212A Aircraft Types.
In Krasnoyarsk line and base maintenance is carried out on Boeing 737−300/400/500, Boeing 737−600/700/800/900, ATR 42−400/500/ 72−212A Aircraft Types.

In the hard period of the pandemic, TS Technik is on the go and develops its production capacities. In June 2020, TS Technik received the approval of the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority for maintenance and repair of RECARO passenger seats (within the framework of the C6 rating), as well as for maintenance and repair of oxygen cylinders (within the framework of the C15 rating) in accordance with the Component Capability List.

TS Technik LLC passed the certification under FAP-285 (the Russian Federal Aviation Regulations) and as a result it received its FAP-285 certificate (No. 285−20−009) on July 02, 2020.

For the purposes of supporting the operating activities of the airline company, new line maintenance stations were opened at Pashkovsky Airport in Krasnodar city (maintenance of Boeing 737-300/400/500, Boeing 737-600/700/800/900, ATR-72) and at Igarka Airport (maintenance of Boeing 737-300/400/500). The scope of activities of the Samara line maintenance station was extended. The approval for maintenance of ATR-72 aircraft was received.
